Some days I think I need therapy. I cry and feel depressed and dwell on all the bad things about myself and my life. Then I remember what time the month it is. And I know things will get better in a few days.
Lesson for today: Ladies, know about your cycle and how PMS affects you. Then tell your significant other about it. He needs to be aware.
P.S. I’ve just started reading Taking Charge of your Fertility. I was on a birth control pill for a long time and didn’t worry about being knowledgeable about my body. But now that I’m trying to move away from synthetic hormones and medicines in general, this book has been revelatory. Seriously, how can I be 27 years old and not have known these things?!
